The service

MyShopViz is a Shopify app that provides analytics modules (sales, margins, forecasts, inventory, customers, promotions) and operational modules that write directly to the user's Shopify store (inventory, transfers between locations, bulk updates to variants and prices).

Subscription and billing

Using MyShopViz includes a 7-day free trial, after which, unless cancelled, the subscription automatically activates at $29.99/month, charged through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin.

Responsibility for operational modules

Modules that write to Shopify (transfers, price and variant updates, inventory count) carry out the requested actions directly on the user's store. The user is responsible for verifying the data before confirming irreversible operations, as indicated in the confirmation previews present in each module.

Limitation of liability

MyShopViz is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, including business decisions based on the analytics provided.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms, providing updates through the app.

Governing law

Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms lies with the court of the place where the Data Controller is established.
